Our gypsum board production line control system adopts collecting and distributing control system whose control core is Siemens PLC system, with WINCC industrial PC and HMI man-computer interface. Low voltage electrical components and motor frequency conversion governors adopt Schneider products with excellent quality. Control system is mainly composed of control cabinet, on-site control box, operation table etc. The perfect control function and excellent product quality provide technical support for stable equipment running.

The principle computer adopts Siemens WINCC as monitoring software platform with the following function:

(1)To collect data from every control station, and display in many ways after data collection and statistics. It can display actual level of silo, temperature, pressure, humidity, running speed, large motor current, capacity, production line’s working time, etc.

(2)To directly display dynamic technical process of whole line and dynamic technical images in every control station.

(3)To set corresponded conditions according to different production requirements for the production line, e,g: alarming conditions, etc.

(4) To remind operator by alarm if there is data irregularity.

(5)It has the function of data statistics and can directly display common statistical data and running curves of important parameters. It have the functions of data storage and printing.

It realizes monitoring and setting for whole production process, including master control images and images of every work section, animation display of every process, parameter setting; fault alarming collection; real-time data curve. After principal computer monitoring system is put into operation, the production process and equipment running status are clear at a glance, make the operation simpler and clear. Operators can not only observe and master production line’s operation, but also modify technological parameters timely and quickly according to the production condition, make production control become free and relaxed. Equipment maintainer could also analyze and find out the reasons of equipment faults through history trend curve, solve the faults quickly, improving equipment operation efficiency. The whole monitoring system displays the production process in front of operators and managers to greatly improve the efficiency of dispatching and decision-making, and promote the enterprise's production management level.
