What Is Foaming System

Foaming system: 

There are three kinds of foaming system: static foaming system, dynamic foaming system and the combination of dynamic and static foaming system. After separately adjusted and measured,the foaming agent, water, and compressed air will enter into the above three systems.

Principle:

The relative movement of fixed grinder and high-speed revolved grinder generates strong forces like shear, friction, impact ,etc, which makes air and foaming agent well-mixed to generate fine bubbles.

Features:

1. Realize separate storage and close-convey of all

materials, reducing operation of workers;

2. Reduce the consumption of foaming agent;

3. Measure accurately;

4. Diameter of bubbles is adjustable;

5. Reduce board weight obviously to improve Board's quality.
