Gypsum powder is widely used and has a wide range of investment prospects. Today, I will introduce the process flow and configuration method of the gypsum powder production line.

Gypsum powder production line process: 

The crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small particles smaller than 30mm, and transports it to the mill for grinding. 

The gypsum raw powder that has been ground to the required fineness of the product is sent to into the boiling furnace for calcination, and the rest is returned to the mill for regrinding until it is qualified. 

Calcined qualified gypsum powder is sent to the clinker bin for storage or sent to the product workshop for use. 

According to the process requirements, the construction gypsum production line is usually divided into five parts, namely crushing system, material storage and conveying system, grinding system, calcination system, and electric control system.
