Working principle of gypsum board production line

The gypsum board production line mainly consists of the following parts:

1. Raw material processing system: Mix, measure, stir, pack and process materials such as gypsum powder and fiber.

2. Spraying system: Spray the processed raw materials through nozzles to coat them evenly on the paper panel.

3. Paper panel system: The sprayed raw material will be coated on one or more layers of paper panels, then pressed and dried to form the final gypsum board.

4. Cutting system: Cut and cut the gypsum board according to the required size.

The working principle of the whole production line is: firstly, the raw materials are accurately measured and mixed, and then the mixed raw materials are sprayed onto the paper panel through the spray system, and after being pressed and dried, the final gypsum board is formed. Finally, the finished plasterboard is cut and packaged to meet market demand.
