The gypsum board production line (plasterboard machine) is composed of raw material batching system, mixer, board forming station, board setting line, cut-off knife, transfer table, dryer, booking machine, trimming machine and stacker.

Plasterboard production line works as often as necessary without consuming energy. After board out from dryer, going through 2# cross system, the unquality boards will be sent to waste board conveyor for stacking, and quality boards comes to automatic sawing system. Edge-sawing&sealing machine composes of edge cutting system, sealing system and bag filter. It can achieve 1800mm ~ 3600mm precisely fixed length and cutting edge; the cut off plate edges, after crushing, is sucked by bag filter, no pollution during production process; packing even-edge board with edge tape also can print factory brand information, ensure appearance and advertising.
