Cutting and Edging: Once the gypsum has dried and hardened, it is cut into specific lengths and widths using automated cutting machines. The edges of the boards may also be shaped or chamfered during this process.
Surface Treatment: The cut gypsum boards are inspected for any imperfections or defects. They may undergo additional processes, such as sanding or surface coating, to ensure a smooth and uniform finish.
Quality Control and Packaging: The finished gypsum stucco or plasterboards go through a quality control inspection to meet the required standards and specifications. They are then packaged, usually in bundles or stacks, and prepared for shipment to customers or distributors.
