A paper faced gypsum board manufacture line is a series of machines and equipment used to produce paper-faced gypsum board, also known as drywall or plasterboard. The process involves mixing gypsum powder with water to form a slurry, which is then poured onto a layer of paper and covered with another sheet of paper. The mixture is then compressed to remove excess water and dried in a kiln. The result is a smooth, flat board with a paper covering on both sides.

A gypsum stucco making line is a production process that involves the manufacturing of gypsum-based stucco or plaster products. 

PVC laminating machine is a special equipment for laminating PVC film with other materials. Its working principle is based on the synergy of pressure, temperature and time. In the heated area of the machine, the PVC film is heated to the softening point and placed on the substrate to be laminated. The PVC film and substrate are then pressed together using high pressure, allowing it to remain pressurized for a period of time until it cools.

Slurry goes through the extrusion of upper and down shaping plates to help boards reach the required thickness and flatness. With paper folding device, edge of down paper will be folded and then stuck together with upper paper, to make gypsum slurry packed completely.
