Gypsum Board Dunnage Machine

The dunnage making machine is a machine used to cut defective gypsum boards into 100mm wide slats. The slats are folded and can be used as footings for gypsum board stacks. The machine is characterized by simple operation, dustless and high efficiency.

1. External Size and Weight:

2. Mechanism and Function:

The machine is composed of three main sections: conveying rollerway section, blade adjusting section and cutting section:

(1) rollerway transmission and cutting part is driven through chain by a 5.5KW gear motor.

(2)blade cutting system adjust the span between top blade shaft and bottom blade shaft to meet the cutting requirement.

(3) Cutting section: the blades on the top and bottom blade shaft adopts cross-installation of regular blades and toothed blades, which are coordinated each other in pairs(up and bottom). The toothed blades cut the boards intervally while regular blades will cut off thoroughly, in order to fold the processed boards.

3. Technical Parameter:

(1) It can cut boards with length of no more than 3000mm without limit to board width.

(2)The width of dunnages is 100mm;

(3) Transmission speed: 10m/min based on single board conveying.
